Last Sunday (8/8) we baptized our kids at my "home" church (Trinity United Methodist) in New Columbia. We've been looking for a church around where we live now, but have yet to find one we really like. So, we decided to do them together in Newky. It was a beautiful service and a beautiful day.
Caden, me, Pastor Wayne, Jason, and AbigailSide note - The gown Abigail is wearing was Carole's sister's wedding gown from 47 years ago. Other family members made it into a christening gown for Carole's family. Jason and his siblings and cousins were all christened in it. Abigail was the first to be baptized.

The Schoolhouse in "down town" New ColumbiaSide note - This is a great place to rent for only $50 if you ever need a place for a baby shower, bridal shower, etc. (that's what I've used it for). It has a nice, large kitchen, many tables/chairs, and is a great size to hold a decent amount of people. If you are interested in renting it, let me know, and I'll let you know who to contact.

Great pictures. I especially love the one of you and the kids with the great-grandparents. Always wonderful to have pictures of the family together.
