Pot Holder

Since the "list" keeps growing, I've decided to actually make a list of Caden's cheap toys (on the side). Now I can add pot holder to the list. By the look on his face, these things bring such joy!

Off to the farm once again!

It was off to Roba's Tree Farm again for us on Saturday...this time it was actually for a tree. It didn't take long to find this beauty!

While Daddy cut down the tree, Caden and I had our own little photo shoot. Isn't the cart for the tree handy?

Caden "in" the tree. He chewed on his jacket the whole time. See Mom, I did have him wrapped up!

Caden meets Santa...he was fine as long as I was holding him.

What this picture doesn't show is how I did a BIG Mommy no-no after this picture was taken. Since Caden was upset, I picked him up pretty quickly after the picture. What I didn't realize was that I had ahold of Santa's beard, so I ended up giving it a pretty good tug! He just gave me a friendly Ho-Ho-Ho, and we ran off (after a quick apology) :)

Santa has a blog!

I was watching one of my many recorded Hallmark Christmas movies last night, and it mentioned about Santa having a blog. I did a little search and here's what I found:

Lincoln Update

Here are some pictures of Kari and Tim's sweet, little baby boy. The stats were first mentioned HERE. We can't wait to meet him! Congrats again!

Flashback to...

May 11th, my first Mother's Day. Caden gave me a book titled If Mom Had Three Arms. It was also one of Caden's first (but definitely not last) photo shoots. I love that little outfit ($1 at a yard sale). He wore that for many occasions!

Bath Time (again)

Caden had his first big boy bath on Monday...he didn't really like it at first.

He's liking it a little more, thanks to his cowduck from his friend Aidan and parents.

Cheap Toys Part II

Let's add plastic water bottle (taken at Nana and Papa's) and hanger to Caden's ever growing list of cheap toys. A whole floor full of toys, and that's what he grabs!
