Christmas Tree Hunting

One Christmas tradition I LOVE is going to find a real Christmas tree. Jason always grew up with an artificial one, so it's always been quite an experience for him. As a way to compromise, we look for pre-cut ones (which is what they seem to do with a lot of their trees at Roba's). So we ventured out this past Saturday, and luckily it wasn't too cold.
Abby was not a happy camper before we left... might have something to do with not being able to use her hands, and it was nap time.

Trying to get Caden's mittens on before we got out of the car.
Caden's first Santa experience this year...it went very well! He was reaching into the bag to pull out a little candy cane.
Looking at the reindeer.
"Simba" as Caden named him.
(sound familiar KoB?)

My attempt at getting a picture of Abby while holding her. Poor girl reached out to touch the trees, but wasn't able to feel anything since her hands were hiding in the sleeves.

Each year I try to remember to get a picture of us next to the tree we chose...but with the pre-cut ones, the guys come along right after I decide and then they take it away before I'm ready...happened the past 2 years...oh well! So, here's a random tree.

I tried to get Caden's "random tree" picture, but he didn't want one.

Just the fit on top of the Jeep. It's actually a little bigger than we usually get.
Our beautiful girl.

I love Abby's snowsuit. The pictures are fantastic, especially, the one at the top of Abby.

Thanks! It's a yard sale find that my mom found. It fits her perfectly.
