Bloomsburg Fair '09

We "borrowed" a certain family member's camera (she doesn't know about it yet) for the Bloom Fair yesterday. It just about killed me going without one :) Anyhow, we had a GREAT time. Caden loved all the animals as long as they were eating and not making their usual animal sounds. He even made the "mmmm" sound and chewed for them while they were eating. Surprisingly, after a Polack's stromboli, part of Jason's Vince's cheesesteak, and a Mr. Sticky sticky bun, I still was not full. I think there's something in the air that makes you just want to eat the whole time. We met up with friends, Brad, Lori, Aidan, and Lilly which is always a good time.A quick shot of Lilly who slept the whole time in her carrier. She only cried when Lori stopped walking.

Caden taking a peek at the cows.

A cow just mooed right before this picture was taken. He was hunkered down into his coat a little more...but that explains the look a little.

Caden, me, and some very smelly pigs.

The daddys and their boys. I think Caden is "baaa"ing in this picture.

Up close and personal with a sheep.
Aidan (apparently I didn't get a picture of his face) and Caden saying hello to a goat. See how Aidan is stooped down; Caden had to do the same thing as him. Notice how Caden's standing back from the goats...I warned him about them :)

"What is that huge gray animal?"

That would be an elephant!

Caden wanted "MORE" of this the whole time we were eating.

"YUMMY!"

"OK, time to head home!"
If anyone is going to the fair...my mom and I would suggest picking up some roasted and salted peas. They are right across from the elephants. Funny, they taste like peanuts...

Great pictures. They tell the whole story of the Fair. From eating to seeing the animals.
