Things to Remember...

A few things I want to remember about Abigail at 25 months:

1.  She has crazy, curly hair!  The more humid it gets, the curlier it gets.  Right after a bath it's a full head of ringlets...so sweet.

2.  She crosses her arms when she's told to wait for something, like if she wants a toy Caden is playing with.  She'll step back, cross her arms, and actually wait patiently (most of the time)!

3.  When we read certain stories (especially ones with pictures of animals), she loves to point to the pictures and say, "Mommy and Abby" for every single page.  There's one book where it has a whole family, so she will point out each of us on that page.

4.  She has just started saying her version of "come on" which is a little like "mon" and waving her arm to get you to follow her.  

5.  She asks for me to do Itsy Bitsy Spider on her back when I lay her down.  She made up her own song called Apple Juice sung to Twinkle Twinkle Little Star.  It's funny how that song will calm her right down!
6.  She learned how to push the button on the door knob and then shut every door upstairs one morning.  I'm getting good at unlocking!
7.  She can almost get herself completely dressed.  She just needs help pulling up her pants.
8.  She likes to look into the wrong end of her telescope and say, "cheese"! 
9.  I love how she sings her little made up songs in the car...every time we get in the car.
10.  She continues to be so much fun!
