Abby at 10 Months

Our baby girl turned 10 months...I guess yesterday? Since there wasn't a 29th of February this year, I guess I'll say it was yesterday.

A few things she's been up to:
- She started feeding herself with a spoon, and does fairly well with it (usually the food ends up somewhere near her mouth).
- She loves Cheerios and Gerber puffs.
- She just today started standing at the coffee table.
- She's been doing an army crawl type crawl, though it's usually just the left hand that goes out to pull her along. She does get up on all 4's and wiggles a little, but that's all.
- She's still taking 2 hour and a half naps a day, plus sleeps all night.
- She's up to 8 teeth and is working on #9 (top right side molar).
- She makes the "ma" and "da" sound, though not associating it yet...but it's funny how the "ma" sound comes out when she's fussy.
- She still enjoys watching TV (note the picture above), so I make sure I really limit it!
- She HATES having her face wiped after eating, throws a fit and everything.
- She has just learned how to actually play with her gumball toy by pushing the lever and putting cars at the top of her little track.
- She's always up for a game of peek-a-boo or "I'll drop something so you can pick it up, and then I'll laugh"!
- She is getting harder to feed...her hands come flying out of no where and swipe across the spoon when you least expect it.
- I love how her tongue moves to the right side every time she opens her mouth to eat.
