This is a sweet, yummy recipe I found in Family Fun magazine. I made it when Kristen came to visit and we both agree it's worth making again!
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 large egg
1 tsp vanilla
3/4 cup crushed graham crackers
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
3 (1.55 oz) chocolate bars
1 (7 oz) jar fluff
Grease an 8-inch square baking pan. Heat oven to 350 degrees. In a large mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Beat in egg and vanilla. Add crushed crackers, flour, salt, and baking powder, and beat until well mixed. Spoon half the dough into pan and spread evenly with fingers. Break chocolate into pieces and arrange over dough. Spread layer of fluff over chocolate. Flatten remaining dough into pancakes and lay over fluff. Bake until golden brown, about 30 minutes. Let cool before serving. Makes 16 bars.

I get why you like the Smores Bars...it's the fluff, right? =) They so sound really good!
Mmmm - they certainly were tasty! Glad you posted it :)
